Getting Started
How do I sign up?
Go to app.wadamo.com/signup and sign in with your Microsoft 365 account. Your organization is set up automatically — no configuration needed.
How do I add team members?
Anyone with a Microsoft account in your Azure AD tenant can sign in. The first user becomes the tenant admin. Go to Settings to manage roles (admin, agent, customer).
How do I install the Teams app?
Go to Settings → Teams in the Wadamo portal. Download the Teams app package (ZIP file) and upload it via Teams Admin Center or sideload it in Teams → Apps → Manage your apps → Upload a custom app.
Features
Support Widget
Embed a support widget on your website. Go to Settings → Widget to customize colors, generate an API key, and get the embed code. Customers can submit tickets and check status without signing in.
Email Notifications
Wadamo sends email notifications when tickets are created, updated, or commented on. Notification preferences can be managed in Settings.
SLA Policies
Set response and resolution time targets per priority level. SLA timers are tracked automatically on each ticket. Configure SLAs in Settings → SLA Policies.
