Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Wadamo is a helpdesk ticketing platform operated by OZnet s.r.o., registered in Slovakia. Contact: support@wadamo.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, and Azure AD tenant ID — provided by Microsoft Entra ID during sign-in.
  • Helpdesk data: tickets, comments, time entries, and attachments you create within the platform.
  • Usage data: page views, feature usage, and error logs collected via Azure Application Insights.
  • Widget submissions: name, email, and message content submitted through the embeddable support widget.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the helpdesk service.
  • To send ticket notifications and status updates via email.
  • To monitor service health, diagnose issues, and improve performance.
  • To enforce security and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data storage and security

All data is stored in Microsoft Azure (North Europe region). We use encryption at rest and in transit, private network endpoints, Key Vault for secrets management, and role-based access control.

5. Data sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except:

  • Microsoft Azure: infrastructure provider (data processing agreement in place).
  • Azure Communication Services: for sending email notifications.
  • Cloudflare: for Turnstile CAPTCHA verification on the widget.

6. Tenant isolation

Wadamo is a multi-tenant platform. Each organization's data is logically isolated at the database level using tenant identifiers. Users from one tenant cannot access another tenant's data.

7. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your tenant or request data deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Database backups are retained for up to 35 days (point-in-time restore).

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact support@wadamo.com to exercise these rights.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
