Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Wadamo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
Wadamo is a cloud-based helpdesk ticketing platform that integrates with Microsoft 365. The Service includes a web application, embeddable support widget, Microsoft Teams app, and related APIs.
3. Accounts
- You sign in using your Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Tenant administrators are responsible for managing user roles and access within their organization.
- You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data.
- Upload malicious content, spam, or harmful attachments.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs.
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or disrupt service availability.
5. Data ownership
You retain full ownership of your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate the Service.
6. Service availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
7. Free and paid plans
The free tier includes core helpdesk features. Paid plans may be introduced with additional features and higher limits. We will provide advance notice of any pricing changes.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OZnet s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Slovakia.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
